General Information

All our prices include FREE shipping.

We want your frozen food to arrive in perfect conditon, and so we have to set a minimum order quantity of 2.0kg for all orders. This means we are also unable to send out samples of our food.

As long as we have received  full payment for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the order to you (either to you or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). Once your order has been delivered, all risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you.

Shipping Locations

Given the nature of the product we are only able ship to mainland UK postocodes, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. We will automatically refund any orders that we are unable to ship to.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order is packed, your order will be shipped by DPD or DHL on a next day delivery service. In placing your order you authorise us to pass on your telephone number and email address to DPD for the purpose of sending you updates on your delivery.

Under normal circumstances you will receive an alert from DPD on the day of delivery about with your intended delivery time. Due to operational issues, DPD may need change this delivery time.

We ship on a next day service and so we will not accept responsibility for orders where the customer has instructed the courier to delay or redirect their delivery. This is done at the customer's risk. While we offer a next day service this is not guaranteed. It is important to note that your order could take up to 48 hours from dispatch to be delivered.

We will not be liable to refund for delays caused by events outside our control. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Any goods that are delivered within 48 hours from dispatch must be accepted. If any parcels are refused, they will not be liable for refund or replacement. If a delayed delivery has compromised the quality of the goods, please take photographic evidence and send this to us on receipt.
